Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watertight wall structure which is inexpensive, does not impair the landscape or ventilation performance, and is automatically brought into a closed state when a tsunami or a storm surge occurs.SOLUTION: A watertight panel 3 in a single stage or watertight panels 3 in multiple stages are arranged between pillars 2 placed apart such that each watertight panel can rotate back and forth with a movable shaft structure arranged on both sides of a lower end portion of each watertight panel, and a stopper portion is arranged on the pillar side. The stopper portion limits the range of rotation of each watertight panel within an angle range between an inclined position (FIG.1(3)) during normal condition and an approximately vertical position (FIG.1(4)) during watertight operation. Because of water pressure at the time of tsunami or storm surge, each watertight panel 3, which is in the inclined position during normal condition, automatically rises and the watertight wall structure is brought into the closed state. Therefore, no manual operation is needed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】津波や高潮等の際に自動的に閉塞状態になる、安価でかつ景観性や通風性を損なわな防水壁構造を提供する。【解決手段】間隔をあけて設置した支柱2間に、1段又は複数段の防水パネル3を、それぞれの下端部両側に設けた可動軸構造により前後に回転可能に取り付け、前記防水パネルの回転範囲を平常時の傾斜状態(図1(ハ))と防水作用時の略垂直状態(図1(ニ))との角度範囲内に制限するストッパ部を前記支柱側に設ける。平常時に傾斜状態にある各防水パネル3は、津波や高潮等の際に水圧により自動的に起き上がり閉塞状態になるので、人の操作が不要である。【選択図】図1
