Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolation structure capable of stabilizing a peripheral section of a building while curbing a reduction in base-isolation performance even when skeleton concrete shrinks.SOLUTION: A base-isolation structure supports a building body 30 with a foundation 10 and a plurality of base-isolation devices 20A and 20B installed on the foundation 10. In the base-isolation structure, the base-isolation devices 20B which are positioned on outer sides in a longitudinal direction among the base-isolation devices 20A and 20B serve as sliding bearings. Thus, the base-isolation structure allows the sliding bearings to slide on sliding plates when concrete shrinks after constructing the building body 30 and thereby force applied to the building body 30 is reduced by eliminating residual deformation of the sliding bearings due to shrinkage of the building body 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】躯体コンクリートが収縮しても、免震性能の低下を抑制しつつ、建物外周部の安定を保つことができる免震構造を提供すること。【解決手段】免震構造は、基礎10と、基礎10の上に設けられた複数の免震装置20A、20Bにより建物本体30を支持する。この免震構造では、免震装置20A、20Bのうち長手方向の外側に位置する免震装置20Bをすべり支承とする。この免震構造によれば、建物本体30の構築後にコンクリートの収縮が生じると、すべり板上を支承が摺動し、建物本体30が収縮してもすべり支承に変形が残存せず、建物本体30にかかる力も低減する。【選択図】図1
