Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal polyester fiber having high strength and a high elastic modulus, good in process passability in a high temperature heat treatment process conducted under a high temperature at the melting point of the fiber or higher for enhancing abrasion resistance, excellent in washability, and excellent in higher-order process passability and a product yield.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal polyester fiber including: applying at least one or more kinds of monomer components constituting liquid crystal polyester to which an inorganic particle and a phosphoric acid-based compound are added, to a yarn obtained by melt spinning the liquid crystal polyester consisting of a polymer comprising 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, biphenol, hydroquinone, terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid as a monomer; and then conducting solid phase polymerization.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高強度、高弾性率で耐摩耗性向上の目的で繊維の融点以上での高温下で行われる高温熱処理工程における工程通過性が良好であり、かつ洗浄性に優れ高次工程通過性および製品収率に優れた液晶ポリエステル繊維の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】4−ヒドロキシ安息香酸、ビフェノール、ヒドロキノン、テレフタル酸及びイソフタル酸をモノマーとする重合体からなる液晶ポリエステルを溶融紡糸して得た糸条に、無機粒子とリン酸系化合物を加えた前記液晶ポリエステルを構成するモノマー成分のうち少なくとも1種以上を塗布した後に固相重合する液晶ポリエステル繊維の製造方法。【選択図】なし
