PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a renewal method of a passenger conveyer capable of comparatively easily extending a hooking margin of a frame side receiving beam and a building receiving beam material.SOLUTION: A renewal method of a passenger conveyer has a frame (4) laid between one side floor (2 and 3) and the other floor of a building structure, and frame side receiving beams (5 and 6) provided at both terminal portions in a longitudinal direction of the frame, and on building receiving beam materials (2a and 3a) respectively provided on the one side floor and the other side floor, the frame side receiving beams are placed.
