Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump type double container which has inner containers smoothly crushed in the same way, and becoming wastes with a high volume reduction rate.SOLUTION: In a double container, a soft resinous inner container 5 is detachably inserted in a hard resinous outer container, and contents in the inner container 5 can be sucked to discharge by a pump. The inside of the inner container 5 is decompressed with the discharging of the contents, and the inner container 5 is crushed by the action of the decompression, thereby thoroughly using up the contents. A body portion 9 of the inner container 5 is formed in a polygonal shape, and a convex folding line 8 is formed so as to incline in the same direction at each corner portion. In the convex folding lines 8, a concave folding line 12 is diagonally formed between the adjacent convex folding lines 8. Therefore, a way of crushing of the inner container 5 is guided by the convex folding lines 8 and the concave folding lines 12, and by this guiding, the inner container 5 can be crushed to be small in the general same shape, and reduced in volume.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】スムーズに潰れ、かつ潰れ方が一緒で、減容化率の高い廃棄物となる内容器を持ったポンプ式二重容器を提供する。【解決手段】硬質樹脂製の外容器内に軟質樹脂製の内容器5を着脱自在に装入し、ポンプにより前記内容器5内の内容物を吸引して排出が可能であると共にこの内容物の排出に連れて内容器5内が減圧し、この減圧の作用により内容器5が潰れることにより内容物を余すことなく使い切ることができるように構成した二重容器において、前記内容器5の胴体部9を多角形に形成すると共にこの多角形の各コーナー部分に同一方向に傾斜させて山折れ線8を形成し、この山折れ線8において、直近の山折れ線8間に対角線状に谷折れ癖線12を形成することにより、内容器5の潰れ方を山折れ線8と谷折れ癖線12により誘導し、この誘導により内容器5をほぼ同一形状に小さく潰れさせ、かつ減容化することができる。【選択図】図2 |
