Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shape correction analysis method and device for correcting the shape of a press molding and a shape correction method in manufacturing of the press molding.SOLUTION: A shape correction analysis method for a press molding includes: a springback factor region specification process S1 for determining residual stress before a mold release of the press molding by press molding analysis and specifying which region of the press molding a factor of a springback of the residual stress exists in; an indenter push-in analysis process S3 for performing springback analysis after deformation is applied by the push-in of the indenter about the region specified by the springback factor region specification process in the shape after the springback obtained on the basis of the residual stress before the mold release; and a shape correction condition determination process S5 for comparing the shape of the indenter after the push-in which is determined by the indenter push-in analysis process with a target shape of the press molding so as to determine a push-in portion and a push-in amount of the indenter which are effective for shape correction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】プレス成形品の製造において、プレス成形品の形状を矯正する形状矯正解析方法及び装置、形状矯正方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るプレス成形品の形状矯正解析方法は、プレス成形解析によりプレス成形品の離型前の残留応力を求め、該残留応力のうちスプリングバックの要因となるものが前記プレス成形品のどの領域に存在するかを特定するスプリングバック要因領域特定工程S1と、前記離型前の残留応力に基づいて得られるスプリングバック後の形状における前記スプリングバック要因領域特定工程により特定された領域に対して、圧子を押し込んで変形を与えた後のスプリングバック解析を行う圧子押込解析工程S3と、該圧子押込解析工程で求めた圧子の押し込み後の形状と前記プレス成形品の目標形状とを比較して形状矯正に効果のある前記圧子の押し込み部位及び押し込み量を決定する形状矯正条件決定工程S5とを有するものである。【選択図】 図7
