PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated imaging device having variable sensitivity.SOLUTION: The imaging device of the present disclosure has unit pixel cells each including a charge detection circuit, a pixel electrode and an auxiliary electrode positioned on a substrate, a charge storage node electrically connected to the charge detection circuit and the pixel electrode, a photoelectric conversion layer positioned on the pixel electrode and the auxiliary electrode, and an upper electrode positioned on the photoelectric conversion layer.
