Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the possibility of communication by securing a sufficient number of time slots in a competition period.SOLUTION: A time slot allocation device calculates a lower limit value Nof the number of time slots N in a competition period on the basis of a reception frequency of data from each slave unit, and determines whether the number of time slots N is equal to or more than the lower limit value N(S15).
