Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To encapsulate an encapsulation plug made of aluminum to an aluminum cylinder main body through electrodeposition while pouring gas into the cylinder.SOLUTION: Gas pouring and electrodeposition are carried out by the following steps. At a step S1, an encapsulation plug is set at the bottom part of a cylinder main body, at a step S2, the cylinder main body is ascended to cause its bottom part to be inserted into a gas supply device and encapsulated. At a step S3, an upper electrode is lowered to push down the encapsulation plug to make a temporary installed state in respect to the cylinder main body. At a step S4, high-pressure gas is charged in the gas supply device and gas is poured from between the encapsulation plug and an open hole into the cylinder main body. At a step S5, as the gas pouring operation finishes, the upper electrode is lowered to push down the encapsulation plug to start a real fitting in respect to the open hole. At a step S6, electrical current is instantaneously flowed to a connection part between the encapsulation part of the encapsulation plug and the open hole to perform the melting and adhesion and at the same time the upper electrode is sufficiently pushed down to complete the real installation of the encapsulation plug. 【課題】アルミニウム製のボンベ本体に対し、同材料の封止プラグを用いてガスを注入しながら電気溶着により封止する。【解決手段】ガス注入、電気溶着は次の工程により行う。S1でボンベ本体の底部に封止プラグをセットし、S2でボンベ本体を上昇させることにより底部をガス供給装置内に挿入して密封する。S3で上部電極を下降して封止プラグを押し下げてボンベ本体に対し仮装着状態とする。S4でガス供給装置内に高圧ガスを充填し、封止プラグと貫通孔の間からボンベ本体内にガスを注入する。S5でガス注入の終了に伴って、上部電極を下降して封止プラグを押し下げて貫通孔に対する本装着を始め、S6で封止プラグの封止部と貫通孔との接続部に瞬間的に電流を流し溶着を行うと共に、上部電極を十分に押し下げて封止プラグの本装着を完了する。S7でガスの充填が完了したボンベ本体を取り出す。【選択図】図7 |
