【課題】ドレッサの形状を修正することなく、簡単な方法でワークの圧力角を修正できるようにすることにある。【解決手段】ワークの歯面の圧力角の誤差を検出し、ドレッサ回転軸と砥石中心軸との間の送り角度を修正前からずらした場合に修正される圧力角の量を予測して修正角度を計算し、計算された修正角度だけ送り角度を修正した姿勢でドレッサでネジ状砥石を修正した後、ワークを研削する。【選択図】図1 |
