PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a murine norovirus persistent infection cells.SOLUTION: The murine norovirus persistent infection cells of the invention has cell proliferation ability and maintain viral infection conditions in one year after the passage culture of the cells derived from a mouse infected with murine norovirus. As the example of the murine norovirus persistent infection cells of the invention, MNV-1 persistent-infection cells (MNV-1CC) and MNV-S7 persistent-infection cells (MNV-S7CC) established by vaccinating and infecting RAW264.7 cells with MNV-1 or MNV-S7 and by subsequently performing passage culture are included.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 マウスノロウイルス持続感染細胞を提供すること。【解決手段】 本発明のマウスノロウイルス持続感染細胞は、マウスノロウイルスを感染させたマウス由来細胞を継代培養した１年後において、細胞増殖能を有し、ウイルス感染状態を維持している。本発明のマウスノロウイルス持続感染細胞の具体例としては、ＲＡＷ２６４．７細胞にＭＮＶ−１またはＭＮＶ−Ｓ７を接種して感染させた後、継代培養することで樹立したＭＮＶ−１持続感染細胞（ＭＮＶ−１ＣＣ）とＭＮＶ−Ｓ７持続感染細胞（ＭＮＶ−Ｓ７ＣＣ）が挙げられる。【選択図】 図１
