【課題】 マウスノロウイルス持続感染細胞を提供すること。【解決手段】 本発明のマウスノロウイルス持続感染細胞は、マウスノロウイルスを感染させたマウス由来細胞を継代培養した1年後において、細胞増殖能を有し、ウイルス感染状態を維持している。本発明のマウスノロウイルス持続感染細胞の具体例としては、RAW264.7細胞にMNV−1またはMNV−S7を接種して感染させた後、継代培養することで樹立したMNV−1持続感染細胞(MNV−1CC)とMNV−S7持続感染細胞(MNV−S7CC)が挙げられる。【選択図】 図1 |
