PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible metallic foil easy to handle, and suppressed in a production cost, and a food and a cosmetic using the edible metallic foil.SOLUTION: An edible metallic foil includes an edible film, adhesion layers provided on both surfaces of the edible film, and a metallic foil stuck to the one adhesion layer in the adhesion layers on both surfaces. The edible film is supported from both surfaces by the adhesion layers by providing the adhesion layers on both surfaces of the edible film, and therefore, the edible layer is hardly deformed in the case of absorbing water, and consequently, deformation of the whole edible metallic foil is suppressed. A degree of deformation of the edible film can be adjusted by changing a thickness or a quality of material of the adhesion layer on each of the surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 取り扱いが容易で且つ製造コストを抑えた食用金属箔並びにこの食用金属箔を用いた食品及び化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の食用金属箔は、可食性膜と、可食性膜の両面に設けられる接着層と、両面の接着層のうち一方の接着層にのみ貼り付けられる金属箔とを備える。可食性膜の両面に接着層を設けることで、可食性膜をその両面から接着層で支持することになる。したがって、可食性膜が水分を吸収した場合でも変形しにくくなり、結果として食用金属箔全体の変形を抑制できる。また、各面の接着層の厚さ又は材質を変えることで可食性膜の変形度合いを調節することもできる。【選択図】図1
