PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor device in which a driving device is disposed in a housing space enclosed by a motor housing and a metal base plate and heat radiation performance of the driving device is secured.SOLUTION: A motor device 100 includes: a motor having a motor housing 40, a base plate 30 configured to close an opening of the motor housing 40, and a rotor 52 disposed in a housing space S1 enclosed by the motor housing 40 and the base plate 30; a driving device 10 in which a driving circuit for driving the rotor 52 is formed; and a heat radiation member 20 thermally connecting the driving device 10 with the base plate 30. The driving device 10 is disposed in the housing space S1 enclosed by the base plate 30 and the motor housing 40 and mounted on the base plate 30 through the heat radiation member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】駆動装置をモータハウジングと金属ベースプレートによって囲まれた収容空間に配置し、かつ、駆動装置の放熱性を確保することができるモータ装置とすること。【解決手段】モータ装置１００は、モータハウジング４０とモータハウジング４０の開口を塞ぐベースプレート３０と、モータハウジング４０とベースプレート３０によって囲まれた収容空間Ｓ１に配置されたロータ５２とを有するモータと、ロータ５２を駆動する駆動回路が形成された駆動装置１０と、駆動装置１０とベースプレート３０とを熱的に接続している放熱部材２０と、を備えている。そして、駆動装置１０は、ベースプレート３０とモータハウジング４０によって囲まれた収容空間Ｓ１に配置され、且つ、放熱部材２０を介してベースプレート３０に実装されている。【選択図】図１
