Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-proof load cell that reduces a cost.SOLUTION: A load cell has a round through hole 5 penetrating in a cross direction between a fixed part 3 and a movable part 4, forms a pair of upper arcuate grooves 6 and 7 of cross-sectional arcuate shape at an upper end surface of a strain body 2 to penetrate in the cross direction and to come close to an outer periphery of the round through hole 5, forms a pair of lower arcuate grooves 8 and 9 of cross-sectional arcuate shape at a lower end surface of the strain body 2 to penetrate in the cross direction and to come close to the outer periphery of the round through hole 5, and forms thin strain parts 19a to 19d at four areas where each of the arcuate grooves 6 to 9 and the round through hole 5 are close, thus eliminating the necessity of deep and wide digging processing of the periphery of the round through hole as in a conventional case and reducing manufacturing cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】コストを低減した防水型のロードセルを提供する。【解決手段】固定部3と可動部4との間に、前後方向に貫通する貫通円孔5を有し、起歪体2の上側端面には、前後方向に貫通するように断面円弧状の一対の上部円弧状溝6,7を、貫通円孔5の外周に近接するように形成する一方、起歪体2の下側端面には、前後方向に貫通するように断面円弧状の一対の下部円弧状溝8,9を、貫通円孔5の外周に近接するように形成し、各円弧状溝6〜9と貫通円孔5とが近接する薄肉の起歪部19a〜19dを4箇所に形成し、従来例のように貫通円孔の周囲を広い幅で深く掘下げ加工する必要をなくし、加工コストを低減している。【選択図】図1
