Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient tidal power utilization device that can substantially equalize a natural period of floating body oscillation to a wave period to be reached by prolonging the natural period of floating body oscillation with a negative spring effect.SOLUTION: A tidal power utilization device includes: a structure 20 fixed to a water bottom or a quay, or moored under water; a floating body 30 engaged to the structure 20, and oscillated by waves; energy conversion means 40 converting oscillation of the floating body 30 to energy; and negative spring effect generation means 50 generating a negative spring effect in which force acts in a direction of promoting displacement as displacement increases to displacement generated by oscillation of the floating body 30. 【課題】負ばね効果により浮体揺動の固有周期を長くして、到来が予想される波周期に対して浮体揺動の固有周期をほぼ等しくすることができる、効率のよい波力利用装置を提供すること。【解決手段】水底若しくは岸壁に固定される、又は水中に係留される構造体20と、構造体20に係動され波により揺動される浮体30と、浮体30の揺動をエネルギーに変換するエネルギー変換手段40と、浮体30の揺動により生ずる変位に対し変位が増すに従い更に変位を助長する方向に力が働く負ばね効果を生成する負ばね効果生成手段50とを備え、負ばね効果生成手段50により浮体30の揺動の固有周期を長くした。【選択図】 図2 |
