Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an attenuation property while reducing attenuation device setting quantity.SOLUTION: An attenuation device 80 comprises a first arm 92, a second arm 94 and a damper 100. The first arm 92 has one end part 92M that is rotatably connected to a lower frame 82 set on a bottom 13 of a lower structure 12. The second arm 94 has an end part 94A that is rotatably connected to an upper frame 84 set on an undersurface 15 of an upper structure 14. The other end part 92N of the first arm 92 and the other end part 94N of the second arm 94 are rotatably connected through a connection member 96. A connection part 105 of a holder 104 of the damper 100 is rotatably connected to an upper frame 86 set on the undersurface 15 of the upper structure 14.
