Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suppression of discomfort forced to a driver in changing lanes when a lane keep support is executed.SOLUTION: A drive support apparatus, for use in a lane keep support for controlling a vehicle so as to match a lateral position of the vehicle with a target lateral position within a travel lane and to cause steering of a driver of the vehicle to reflect to a travel of the vehicle, includes: a lane change operation recognition part for recognizing a lane change operation of the driver for changing lanes of the vehicle from the travel lane of the vehicle to an adjacent lane; and a target lateral position setup part for setting a lateral position of the vehicle at the time of determination as a target lateral position, in a case where steering torque of steering in a lane change direction caused by the driver is determined to be from a lane change standby threshold or more to less than the aforementioned lane change standby threshold in a period since a lane change operation recognition part recognizes a lane change operation to when it is determined that a pre-set lane change operation completion condition has been met, during execution of a lane keep support.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】車線維持支援の実行中における車線変更において運転者に違和感を与えることを抑制することができる。【解決手段】車両の横位置が走行車線内の目標横位置となるように車両を制御すると共に車両の運転者の操舵を車両の走行に反映させる車線維持支援を行う運転支援装置であって、車両を走行車線から隣接車線へ車線変更させるための運転者の車線変更操作を認識する車線変更操作認識部と、車線維持支援の実行中であって、車線変更操作認識部が車線変更操作を認識してから予め設定された車線変更操作終了条件が満たされたと判定されるまでの間において、運転者による車線変更方向の操舵の操舵トルクが車線変更待機閾値以上から当該車線変更待機閾値未満になったと判定した場合、当該判定時の車両の横位置を目標横位置として設定する目標横位置設定部と、を備える。【選択図】図2
