Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dephosphorization liquid and a dephosphorization device in which the cost of dephosphorization treatment can be suppressed at a low cost, and also, the reaction of the dephosphorization is easy to progress.SOLUTION: Provided is a dephosphorization liquid 3 used for dephosphorization treatment where, based on the reaction formula: 10Ca6PO+2OH→Ca(PO)(OH), phosphorous is removed from phosphorous-containing waste water 2 as calcium phosphate 4 so as to be recovered. This dephosphorization liquid 3 uses high alkali water obtained by separating solid contents from concrete sludge generated at any of the centrifugal molding of a concrete product, the production of concrete, the cleaning of concrete production equipment and the cleaning of a concrete transport vehicle as the main component. Using this dephosphorization liquid 3, dephosphorization treatment is performed by a dephosphorization device 1. The dephosphorization device 1 includes: a reaction tank 11; a waste water feeding means 12; a dephosphorization liquid feeding means 13; and a recovering means 16 of recovering the calcium phosphate 4 crystallized out in the reaction tank 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】脱リン処理のコストを廉価に抑えることができ、かつ、脱リン処理の反応が進行しやすい脱リン液および脱リン装置を提供する。【解決手段】反応式:10Ca2++6PO43−+2OH−→Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2に基づいてリン含有廃水2からリンをリン酸カルシウム4として除去して回収する脱リン処理に用いられる脱リン液3である。この脱リン液3は、コンクリート製品の遠心成形、コンクリートの製造、コンクリート製造設備の清掃およびコンクリート輸送車両の清掃のいずれかにて発生するコンクリートスラッジから固形分が分離された高アルカリ水を主成分とする。この脱リン液3を用いて脱リン装置1にて脱リン処理を行う。脱リン装置1は、反応槽11と、廃水供給手段12と、脱リン液供給手段13と、反応槽11内で晶析したリン酸カルシウム4を回収する回収手段16とを備える。【選択図】図1 |
