Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide video distribution system, program and video distribution method for maintaining high image quality of video, while reducing the data capacity of video data to be received furthermore, on the information terminal side for receiving the video.SOLUTION: A distribution server 10 has a data area generation unit 12 for generating a data area in an area surrounding the periphery of a video. The distribution server 10 converts an image frame to be deleted so as to be compressed, before being embedded in the data area of the first image frame, and distributed to an information terminal 20.
