PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition for rigid polyurethane foam that has a good stock solution storage stability such as separation suppression or the like even for the case when 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoro propene is used as a blowing agent and furthermore that can suppress the decrease in rigid polyurethane foam physical properties.SOLUTION: Provided is a polyol composition for rigid polyurethane foam, containing at least a polyol compound, a blowing agent and a compatibility accelerating agent, and that is for forming a rigid polyurethane foam by mixing with an isocyanate component comprising polyisocyanate compound, to foam and cure, and in which the blowing agent contains 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoro propene, and the compatibility accelerating agent contains one or more selected from the group consisting of γ- butyrolactone, ε-caprolactone, methoxy propyl acetate, dimethyl sulfoxide, N-methylpyrrolidone, N, N-dimethylacetamide, and N,N-dimethylformamide.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】発泡剤として１−クロロ−３，３，３−トリフルオロプロペンを用いた場合でも分離抑制等の原液保存安定性が良く、さらに硬質ポリウレタンフォームの物性の低下を抑制できる硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用ポリオール組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】少なくともポリオール化合物、発泡剤、及び相溶化剤を含有し、ポリイソシアネート化合物を含むイソシアネート成分と混合して発泡硬化させて硬質ポリウレタンフォームを形成する硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用ポリオール組成物であって、前記発泡剤が、１−クロロ−３，３，３−トリフルオロプロペンを含有し、前記相溶化剤が、γ−ブチロラクトン、ε−カプロラクトン、メトキシプロピルアセテート、ジメチルスルホキシド、Ｎ−メチルピロリドン、Ｎ，Ｎ−ジメチルアセトアミド、及びＮ，Ｎ−ジメチルホルムアミドからなる群より選ばれる１種以上を含有する硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用ポリオール組成物。【選択図】なし
