Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet device that can suppress or prevent a penetration hole of a protective substrate communicated with a cavity which stores ink from being blocked with an adhesive, and a manufacturing method for an inkjet device.SOLUTION: An inkjet head 1 includes: an actuator substrate 2 that partitions a cavity 5 that stores ink; a vibrating film 6 that is supported in the actuator substrate 2 and partitions the cavity 5; a piezoelectric element 7 that is provided on the vibrating film 6 and discharges the vibrating film 6 to change a capacity of the cavity 5; an ink supply passage 14 that communicates with the cavity 5; and a protective substrate 4 that is fixed to the actuator substrate 2 through an adhesive 10 to cover the piezoelectric element 7 and has a penetration hole 36 communicating with the ink supply passage 14.
