Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid detection method, and a nucleic acid detection device or a kit which utilize high specificity of a hybridization method, and reduce time and processes required in a detection process of a PCR product, and in which detection is performed simply and highly accurately by visual observation without requiring a special device.SOLUTION: There is provided a detection method of target nucleic acid in a sample which consists of: a process of synthesizing an amplification product which has a partially double-stranded structure and to which a single-stranded region is added on its both terminals, in amplifying a target nucleic acid sequence; and a process of forming a sandwich hybridization complex by a nucleic acid sequence bound to the single-stranded region of the amplification product and a developing medium, and a nucleic acid sequence bound to a labeled compound, and is also provided a detection device of target nucleic acid in a sample.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ハイブリダイゼーション法の特異性の高さを活用し、かつ、PCR産物の検出工程に要する時間と工程を減らし、特殊な装置を必要とすることなく、簡便かつ高精度に、目視にて検出する核酸検出方法、および核酸検出デバイスまたはキットを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】試料中の標的核酸を検出する方法において、標的核酸配列を増幅する際に、その両末端に一本鎖領域を付加した部分的に二本鎖構造を有する増幅産物を合成する工程、該増幅産物の1本鎖領域と展開媒体に結合した核酸配列、および標識化合物に結合した核酸配列とでサンドイッチハイブリダイゼーション複合体を形成する工程からなる標的核酸の検出法および検出デバイスを提供する。【選択図】なし
