PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator capable of achieving miniaturization of a motor, and to provide a motor comprising the same.SOLUTION: A stator 51 comprises a stator core 61 and an insulator 62. The insulator has an annular part 62a, a plurality of projection parts 62b, a plurality of wall parts 62c, and a plurality of supporting parts 62d. The projection parts protrude from an inner peripheral surface of the annular part radially inward the annular part. A coil 73 is wound around the projection parts and teeth 72. The wall parts are located radially outside the coil. The supporting parts are located at positions apart from the annular part in such a manner that distance between the supporting parts and the annular part is longer than distance between the wall parts and the annular part in an axial direction. The supporting parts support a crossover 75 extending from the coil. Each wall part has a first inner surface 81a that is a radially inside surface and that is opposed to the coil. Each supporting part has a second inner surface 82a that is a radially inside surface and that is located radially inside the first inner surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】本発明の目的は、モータの小型化を達成することができるステータ、および、それを備えるモータを提供することである。【解決手段】ステータ５１は、ステータコア６１と、インシュレータ６２とを備える。インシュレータは、環状部６２ａと、複数の突出部６２ｂと、複数の壁部６２ｃと、複数の支持部６２ｄとを有する。突出部は、環状部の内周面から、環状部の径方向の内側に向かって突出している。突出部は、ティース７２と共に巻線７３が巻かれる。壁部は、巻線よりも径方向の外側に位置する。支持部は、軸方向において壁部よりも環状部から離れた位置にある。支持部は、巻線から延びる渡り線７５を支持する。壁部は、径方向の内側の面であり、かつ、巻線と対向する第１内面８１ａを有する。支持部は、径方向の内側の面であり、かつ、第１内面よりも径方向の内側に位置する第２内面８２ａを有する。【選択図】図７
