Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain light-emission of a light source even if any of a plurality of light sources connected in parallel breaks down.SOLUTION: A control unit 900 determines whether a faulty light source exists in light sources 11-1 to 11-m connected in parallel.
