Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic actuator used by being incorporated into input devices or the like of various kinds of electronic apparatuses and an input device using the electromagnetic actuator, which can efficiently save electric power.SOLUTION: A plurality of first friction plates 42 subjected to a rotation regulation in the rotational direction of a rotation axis 90 and movable on the thickness side is arranged overlapping with a plurality of second friction plates 46 co-rotationally engaged with the rotation axis 90 movable to the thickness side on a case 30 having a cylindrical part 20 as a storage part. Further, the first friction plate 42 or the second friction plate 46 in a close contact with the movable member 50 is depressed by movably arranging the electromagnetic movable member 50 in the axial direction of the rotation axis 90 and putting the case 30 and the movable member 50 into a suction state by the magnetic flux generated on current application to a coil 65 and shifting a gap between the first friction plate 42 and the second friction plate 46 into a close contact state, thereby constituting an electromagnetic actuator 10 or an input device 100 using the electromagnetic actuator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】各種電子機器の入力装置等に組み込まれて使用される電磁アクチュエータおよびそれを用いた入力装置に関し、省電力化が図れるものを提供する。【解決手段】収納部としてなる筒部20を備えたケース30に、回転軸90の回転方向に回転規制がされて厚み側には移動可能な複数の第1摩擦板42と、厚み側に移動可能で回転軸90と共廻り可能に係合する複数の第2摩擦板46とを重ねて配した。さらに、回転軸90の軸方向に移動可能に磁性体製の可動部材50を配し、コイル65への通電時に生じる磁束でケース30と可動部材50とを吸引状態にすることによって、可動部材50が隣接した第1摩擦板42または第2摩擦板46を押し込んで第1摩擦板42、第2摩擦板46同士の間を密着状態に移行させる構成の電磁アクチュエータ10やそれを用いた入力装置100に構成した。【選択図】図1
