Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device for a vehicle which is further reduced in size and inexpensive.SOLUTION: A brake control device 10 for a vehicle comprises a hydraulic circuit 20 which connects a master cylinder 12 and a wheel cylinder 35, an inlet control valve 15 and an outlet control valve 16 which control brake hydraulic pressure, and a pump 14. The brake control device also comprises a release passage 29 which returns a brake fluid at the wheel cylinder 35 side to a reservoir tank 13, a suction side of the pump 14 communicates with the reservoir tank 13, a discharge side of the pump 14 communicates with the wheel cylinder 35 side, and the inlet control valve 15 and the outlet control valve 16 switch communication and blocking between the master cylinder 12 and the wheel cylinder 35, also switch communication and blocking between the wheel cylinder 35 and the reservoir tank 13, and control the brake fluid pressure.EFFECT: There is no necessity for differently installing an accumulator as before, and since the accumulator is not separately arranged, the size reduction and cost reduction can be promoted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】より小型で安価な車両用ブレーキ制御装置を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】マスタシリンダ12およびホイールシリンダ35間を繋ぐ液圧回路20と、ブレーキ液圧を制御する入口制御弁15、出口制御弁16と、ポンプ14とを備えた車両用ブレーキ制御装置10であって、ホイールシリンダ35側のブレーキ液をリザーバタンク13へ戻す開放路29を備え、ポンプ14の吸入側がリザーバタンク13に連通し、ポンプ14の吐出側はホイールシリンダ35側に連通し、入口制御弁15、出口制御弁16は、マスタシリンダ12およびホイールシリンダ35間の連通・遮断ならびにホイールシリンダ35およびリザーバタンク13間の連通・遮断を切り替えてブレーキ液圧を制御する。【効果】従来のようなアキュムレータを別に設ける必要がなくなった。別にアキュムレータを設けないため、装置の小型化と低コスト化とを図ることができる。【選択図】図1 |
