Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactive ray imaging system, an image processing system, a radioactive ray imaging method and an image processing program, which can confirm easily the physical relationship between a substance of interest and a biopsy needle.SOLUTION: In the case where the biopsy of the mamma of an analyte is performed in a radioactive ray imaging system 10 using a radioactive ray imaging apparatus 12 or a mammography apparatus, a radioactive image (or a projection image 70) obtained by a tomosynthesis imaging is used to confirm the positional relation between a substance of interest and a needle. A control part 30 of a console 16 reconstructs the projection image 70, which is obtained by a tomosynthesis imaging while the needle is inserted into mamma, is reconstructed to create a tomographic image 72, and a reimaged image 74 of a predetermined angle is created from the tomographic image 72. Moreover, a control part 30 of the console 16 extracts an image 84 of the needle from the projection image 70 of a predetermined angle, and the image 84 of the needle extracted is positioned so that it is synthesized with the projection image 70 and displayed in a display 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】関心物と生検針との位置関係が確認しやすい放射線画像撮影システム、画像処理装置、放射線画像撮影方法、及び画像処理プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】マンモグラフィ装置である放射線画像撮影装置12を用いた放射線画像撮影システム10において、被検体の乳房の生検を行う場合に、トモシンセシス撮影により得られた放射線画像(投影画像70)を用いて関心物とニードルとの位置関係の確認を行う。コンソール16の制御部30は、乳房にニードルが挿入された状態でトモシンセシス撮影により得られた投影画像70を再構成して断層画像72を生成し、断層画像72から所定の角度の再投影画像74を生成する。さらに、コンソール16の制御部30は、所定の角度の投影画像70からニードルの画像84を抽出し、抽出したニードルの画像84を位置を合わせて投影画像70に合成して表示部36に表示する。【選択図】図5 |
