Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismically isolated structure in which an upper structure is not separated from a foundation structure even if it is subject to a strong tensile force due to earthquake.SOLUTION: A seismically isolated structure has a seismic isolator 3 between a foundation structure 1 and an upper structure 2. In the seismically isolated structure, a tensile material 4 is placed between the foundation structure 1 and a footing 13 that is installed on a column base part 11a of the upper structure 2. The tensile material 4 is installed in U-turn shape by being inserted into sheaths 7,16 buried into the foundation structure 1 and both end parts of the tensile material 4 are respectively anchored and fixed to an anchorage zone 18 provided on the footing 13 by using anchorage devices 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】地震による大きな引張力を受けても上部構造が基礎構造から分離しないようにした免震構造物を提供する。【解決手段】基礎構造1と上部構造2との間に免震装置3が設置された免震構造物であって、基礎構造1と上部構造2の柱脚部11aに設けられたフーチング13とに渡って引張材4が設けられ、引張材4は、基礎構造1に埋設されたシース7、16に挿通してUターン状に配設され、引張材4の両端部がそれぞれフーチング13に設けられた定着部18に定着具26を用いて定着固定された構成とする。【選択図】図1
