Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green tire molding technique with which the yield is increased in a manufacturing process by adequately restricting occurrence of stitch down defects and suppressing generation of defective articles.SOLUTION: Provided are: crimping means disposed in a green tire molding apparatus for molding a green tire by crimping a second cover on an outer peripheral surface of a first cover; and the green tire molding apparatus comprising the crimping means. The crimping means includes: a center stitcher roller for pressing a center part of the second cover in a width direction; and a plurality of side stitcher rollers arranged by interposing the center stitcher roller in order to press both side edges of the second cover.
