PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call controller which transfers outside line call incoming from a number of unspecified persons to another call controller as a transfer call and further uses an outside line of the other call controller that is a transfer source of the transfer call when performing call-back with respect to the transfer call from the call controller to which the transfer call is transferred.SOLUTION: Two or more call controllers 1A-1N are connected to a trunk line network 3 and when outside line call incoming arrives at the call controller 1A from an opposite terminal 5, the call controller 1A transfers the outside line call incoming to the call controller 1N via the trunk line network 3 as the transfer call together with a call origination source telephone number of the opposite terminal 5 and transfer source information identifying the call controller 1A. When performing call-back origination from the call controller 1N to the opposite terminal 5, when an extension terminal 2 performs an outside line call origination request, on the basis of transfer call information being stored in the call controller 1N, the call controller 1N transfers the outside line call origination request including a call termination destination telephone number corresponding to the opposite terminal 5 to the other call controller 1A via the trunk line network 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】不特定多数の発信者からの外線着信を転送呼として他呼制御装置に転送し、更に転送呼が転送された呼制御装置から転送呼に対して折り返し発信を行う場合は転送呼の転送元である他呼制御装置の外線を使用する可能な呼制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】中継回線網３に２以上の呼制御装置１Ａ〜１Ｎを接続し、相手端末５から呼制御装置１Ａへ外線着信が到来すると、呼制御装置１Ａは、相手端末５の発信元電話番号および呼制御装置１Ａを識別する転送元情報と共に、外線着信を転送呼として中継回線網３を介して呼制御装置１Ｎに転送する。また、呼制御装置１Ｎから相手端末５へ折り返し発信する場合、内線端末２が外線発信要求を行うと、呼制御装置１Ｎは、呼制御装置１Ｎが記憶している転送呼情報に基づき、相手端末５に該当する着信先電話番号を含む外線発信要求を中継回線網３を介して他呼制御装置１Ａに転送する。【選択図】図１
