Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device superior in controllability of chromaticity.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting device according to an embodiment comprises: a light-emitting element having a light-emitting layer; a first transparent material provided on the light-emitting element; a phosphor dispersed in the first transparent material, which emits light different, in wavelength, from light emitted by the light-emitting layer; and a second transparent material having a first transparent part surrounded by the first transparent material in a region on the light-emitting element, and a second transparent part provided on the first transparent material and the first transparent part.
