PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading-type antifogging agent for thermoplastic resin having antifogging property adaptable to vegetable package or the like and excellent smoothness adaptable to high speed automatic packaging machine and a thermoplastic resin composition containing the same.SOLUTION: An antifogging agent for thermoplastic resin is an antifogging agent containing Component (A) which is glycerine fatty acid ester, Component (B) which is fatty amide and Component (C) which is an aliphatic amine-ethylene oxide additive product, the blended percentage of the Component (B) is 30 to 70 wt.% and amine value of the antifogging agent is 5 to 35 mgKOH/g.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 野菜包装等にも対応可能な防曇性を持ちながら、高速の自動包装機等にも対応可能な優れた平滑性を併せ持つ、練り込み型の熱可塑性樹脂用防曇剤およびそれを含む熱可塑性樹脂組成物を提供する。【解決手段】 熱可塑性樹脂用防曇剤はグリセリン脂肪酸エステルである成分（Ａ）と脂肪酸アミドである成分（Ｂ）と脂肪族アミンエチレンオキサイド付加物である成分（Ｃ）を含む防曇剤であって、成分（Ｂ）の配合割合が３０〜７０重量％であり、防曇剤のアミン価が５〜３５ｍｇＫＯＨ／ｇである。【選択図】 なし
