PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor lighting apparatus capable of enhancing the comfort of an occupant such as elimination of fatigue feeling of the occupant by a light emission mode.SOLUTION: A lighting apparatus 1 is disposed in a vehicle cabin so that a light emission surface is directed to an occupant. The lighting apparatus includes: a light source 14 capable of emitting light by different color light; and a light emission control section 2 for controlling a light emission mode including at least one of a luminescent color, light emission luminance, and light emission timing of the light source 14 on the basis of a light emission mode which is set by the occupant using an operation switch 6.
