Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier circuit capable of achieving low power consumption and widening linear operation range.SOLUTION: A differential amplifier circuit 1 which outputs a positive phase output current and a reverse phase output current each having mutually reverse phase includes: a first differential pair circuit 11 having a first transistor 12 and a second transistor 13; a second differential pair circuit 21 having a third transistor 22 and a fourth transistor 23; and a current source Iee1. A positive phase input voltage is inputted to a control terminal of the first transistor 12 and is shifted by a first voltage value to be inputted to a control terminal of the third transistor 22. A reverse phase input voltage reverse to the positive phase input voltage is inputted to a control terminal of the second transistor 13 and is shifted by the first voltage value so as to be inputted to a control terminal of the fourth transistor 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】低消費電力化が可能であり、線形動作範囲を広げることができる差動増幅回路を提供する。【解決手段】互いに位相が逆の正相出力電流と逆相出力電流とを出力する差動増幅回路1は、第1のトランジスタ12及び第2のトランジスタ13を有する第1の差動対回路11と、第3のトランジスタ22及び第4のトランジスタ23を有する第2の差動対回路21と、電流源Iee1と、を備える。正相入力電圧が、第1のトランジスタ12の制御端子に入力されると共に、第1の電圧値だけシフトされて第3のトランジスタ22の制御端子に入力され、正相入力電圧と位相が逆の逆相入力電圧が、第2のトランジスタ13の制御端子に入力されると共に、第1の電圧値だけシフトされて第4のトランジスタ23の制御端子に入力される。【選択図】図1
