Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing display defects, such as bright spots and dark spots, caused by faulty signals that control shutters.SOLUTION: A display device has a first substrate having an opening area for each pixel, and a second substrate having a shutter unit disposed to face the opening area for each pixel. Each shutter unit includes a first shutter beam anchor and second shutter beam anchor, which are electrically connected with a first shutter beam and second shutter beam, respectively, that support a shutter body 141, and a plurality of wiring lines for supplying voltage to each of a first drive beam anchor 1421 and second drive beam anchor 1431.
