PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature curable polyorganosiloxane composition low in physical properties such as the hardness of a cured matter and the reduction of adhesive properties in high temperature-high moisture atmospheres.SOLUTION: Provided is a room temperature curable polyorganosiloxane composition comprising: (A) polyorganosiloxane in which molecular chain terminals are sealed with a hydroxyl group or an alkoxy group of 100 pts.wt., (B) a filler of 1 to 300 pts.mass; (C) polyorganosiloxane with a resin structure represented by the average unit formula:(RSiO)[Si(OH)O/]of 0.1 to 20 pts. mass; (D) a three functional or four functional silane compound of 0.1 to 20 pts.mass; (E) a titanium chelate catalyst of 0.1 to 10 pts.wt.; and (F) an adhesion imparting agent of 0.01 to 5 pts.wt.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高温および高湿雰囲気下で硬化物の硬さ等の物理的特性および接着性の低下が少ない室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を提供する。【解決手段】（Ａ）分子鎖末端が水酸基またはアルコキシ基で封鎖されたポリオルガノシロキサン１００重量部と、（Ｂ）充填剤１〜３００質量部と、（Ｃ）平均単位式：（Ｒ１３ＳｉＯ１／２）ｐ［Ｓｉ（ＯＨ）ｘＯ（４−ｘ）／２］ｑで表されるレジン構造を有するポリオルガノシロキサン０．１〜２０質量部と、（Ｄ）３官能性または４官能性のシラン化合物０．１〜２０質量部と、（Ｅ）チタンキレート触媒０.１〜１０重量部、および（Ｆ）接着性付与剤０．０１〜５重量部を含有する。【選択図】なし
