Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce, from a viewpoint of weight reduction and strength development of a cement-based inorganic material, a composite material having both low density and strength in a short demolding time.SOLUTION: The cement-based polyurethane foamed composite is obtained by foaming a mixture comprising: a cement-based inorganic filler composed of any of cement, cement and sand, or cement and sand and gravel; a polyisocyanate; a polyol; a foam stabilizer; a catalyst; and water. The polyol is a polyether polyol having a hydroxyl value of 5 to 300 mg KOH/g, and a number of functional groups of 2 to 6. The polyol preferably does not dissolve in a water solubility test and/or has an HLB value according to the Davies' method of 11 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】セメント系無機材料の軽量化と強度発現の観点から低密度と強度とを併せ持った複合材料を短い脱型時間で製造すること。【解決手段】本発明は、セメント、セメントと砂、又はセメントと砂と砂利、のいずれかから成るセメント系無機充填剤、ポリイソシアネート、ポリオール、整泡剤、触媒及び水を含んでなる混合物を発泡させて得られるセメント系ポリウレタン発泡複合体であって、該ポリオールの水酸基価が5〜300mgKOH/gで、官能基数が2〜6のポリエーテルポリオールであることを特徴とする発泡複合体である。前記ポリオールは、好ましくは、水溶解性試験において溶解しない及び/又は11以下のデイビス法HLB値を有する。【選択図】なし |
