Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device of a green tire which can transport even a rubber strip using a rubber material which is high in a silica compound ratio by making it closely adhere to a transportation belt, and can alleviate a constriction of the silica compound ratio in a strip wind method.SOLUTION: A molding device of a green tier transports a rubber strip extruded from an extrusion machine by placing it on a transportation belt, and molds the green tire by spirally winding and laminating the transported rubber strip on a molding drum. Protrusions are formed on a placing face of the transportation belt. A relationship between heights A of the protrusions and a thickness B of the rubber strip satisfies 0.2B≤A≤0.4B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】シリカ配合比が高いゴム材料を用いたゴムストリップであっても、搬送ベルトに密着させて搬送することができ、ストリップワインド工法においてシリカ配合比の制約を緩和させることができる生タイヤの成形装置を提供する。【解決手段】押出機から押出されたゴムストリップを搬送ベルトに載置して搬送し、搬送されたゴムストリップを成形ドラムに螺旋状に巻き重ねて生タイヤを成形する生タイヤの成形装置であって、搬送ベルトの載置面に突起が設けられている生タイヤの成形装置。突起の高さAとゴムストリップの厚みBの関係が0.2B≦A≦0.4Bである生タイヤの成形装置。【選択図】図1
