PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training device capable of allowing a user to perform an exercise corresponding to movement of a rotation center of a body by moving a rotation center, and reducing manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A training device 10A comprises: a support member 30 installed in an installation portion; an elastic member 34 whose one side is attached to the support member 30; a head member 50 which is provided swingably to the support member 30, and to which the other side of the elastic member 34 is attached and energizing force for returning to an initial position is applied by the elastic member 34; and a rotary arm body 60 which is provided rotatably to the head member 50 and comprises portions on which a user grips. A rotation center of the rotary arm body 60 moves according to the swing of the head member 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】回転中心を移動させて身体の回転中心の移動にも対応させた運動を行うことが可能であると共に、製作コストを低下させることが可能なトレーニング装置を提供する。【解決手段】トレーニング装置１０Ａは、設置部位に設置される支柱部材３０と、支柱部材３０に一方側が取り付けられる弾性部材３４と、弾性部材３４の他方側が取り付けられ、支柱部材３０に対して揺動可能に設けられると共に、弾性部材３４によって初期位置に復帰する付勢力が与えられるヘッド部材５０と、ヘッド部材５０に対して回転可能に設けられると共に、使用者が把持する部位を備える回転アーム体６０と、を備え、回転アーム体６０の回転中心は、ヘッド部材５０の揺動に伴って移動する。【選択図】図１
