Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of accurately determining whether the apparatus is in a specific state where light is cut off temporarily, in a situation where a subject is imaged in a day time.SOLUTION: A long time constant integration part 1031 and a comparator 1033 detect whether a period in which the presence of a predetermined brightness is detected by an IR sensor 6 continues or not for a first period. A short time constant integration part 1032 and a comparator 1034 detect whether a period in which the presence of the predetermined brightness is detected by the IR sensor 6 continues or not for a second period shorter than the first period. A determination part 1035 determines that the apparatus is in the specific state, on the basis of a first detection value D1 and a second detection value D2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】昼間に被写体を撮影している状況で、光が一時的に遮断される特定の状態であるか否かを的確に判定することができる撮像装置を提供する。
