Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure stable vaporization performance of an evaporator at cold start, in a solid oxide fuel cell apparatus in which the evaporator is provided outside a module case.SOLUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell apparatus comprises: a module case for housing a plurality of fuel cell units; an adiabatic material covering around the module case; a reformer for generating fuel gas by reforming raw fuel gas by moisture vapor; a combustion chamber for heating the reformer by combusting the residual fuel gas; an exchanger for exchanging heat between the oxidant gas and the exhaust gas; and an evaporator 25X for generating moisture vapor by exchanging heat between water and the exhaust gas, and an evaporation part 25a, a mixing part 25d for mixing gas, and an exhaust passage part 25c capable of exchanging heat between the evaporation part 25a and the mixing part 25d and filled with an exhaust purification catalyst, are formed in the evaporator 25X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 【課題】モジュールケースの外部に蒸発器を設けた固体酸化物型燃料電池装置において、冷間起動時における蒸発器の安定的な気化性能を確保する。【解決手段】固体酸化物型燃料電池装置は、複数の燃料電池セルユニットを収容するモジュールケースと、モジュールケースの周囲を覆う断熱材と、水蒸気により原燃料ガスを改質して燃料ガスを生成する改質器と、燃料ガスを燃焼させて改質器を加熱する燃焼室と、酸化剤ガスと排気ガスとの間で熱交換を行う熱交換器と、水と排気ガスとの間で熱交換を行って水蒸気を生成する蒸発器25Xとを有し、この蒸発器25Xには、蒸発部25aと、ガスを混合する混合部25dと、蒸発部25a及び混合部25dと熱交換可能なように設けられ、内部に排気浄化触媒が充填された排気通路部25cと、が形成されている。【選択図】図12
