A holding unit 13 holds the temeperature measuring unit 12. A spring 15 is provided between the holding unit 13 and a holding cover 14 for installing the temperature sensor 1 to a battery module, to allow the temperature measuring unit 12 to be energized to the battery. The holding cover 14 has a pair of rail parts 142 sandwiching the holding unit 13 and extending along an energization direction Y1.
