PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-dielectric constant optically transparent adhesive excellent in optical properties, a balance between adhesive force and cohesive force, and the like, and an optical laminate containing the same.SOLUTION: An optically transparent adhesive contains a polymer of an acrylic monomer composition, which comprises a hydroxyl group-containing monomer and more than or equal to 0.09 mass% and less than 50 mass% of monofunctional alkyl (meth)acrylate, where the number of moles of OH in 100 g of the adhesive is from 0.30 to 0.90 inclusive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】接着力及び凝集力のバランス、光学特性などに優れた、高誘電率の光学的に透明な接着剤、及びそれを含む光学積層体を提供する。【解決手段】本開示の一実施態様の光学的に透明な接着剤は、ヒドロキシル基含有モノマーと、０．０９質量％以上、５０質量％未満の単官能アルキル（メタ）アクリレートとを含むアクリル系モノマー組成物の重合体を含み、接着剤１００ｇ中のＯＨモル数は０．３０以上、０．９０以下である。【選択図】図１
