PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part vehicle body structure of a vehicle which can surely change a hook to a pre-lock position from an open position by making change means exist in an adjacent position of a position in which an opening/closing roof can be surely positioned by a holding device.SOLUTION: At a front part of a storage zone 11, there is arranged a holding device 60 which holds an opening/closing roof 10 at the storage of the opening/closing roof 10, and also there is arranged change means 72 which changes a hook 41 to a pre-lock position from an open position by the pressing of the hook 41 in the open position from above at the storage of the opening/closing roof 10.
