Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive adhesive, used for a solar cell module, capable of achieving excellent camera recognition capability, adhesiveness and connection reliability as well as storage stability and no influence upon generation efficiency, and to provide a solar cell module using the same and manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The solar cell module includes a solar cell with an electrode, a tab line and an adhesive layer comprised of conductive adhesive, where the electrode of the solar cell and the tab line are connected with each other through the adhesive layer. The conductive adhesive contains hardening agent, conductive particle, hardener and black coloring agent comprised of only titanium black, where the conductive particle is silver coat copper powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】太陽電池モジュールに用いる導電性接着剤において、カメラ認識性、接着性、及び接続信頼性に優れ、保存安定性を有し、更に発電効率へ影響を与えない導電性接着剤、該導電性接着剤を用いた太陽電池モジュール、及び該太陽電池モジュールの製造方法の提供。【解決手段】電極を有する太陽電池セルと、タブ線と、導電性接着剤からなる接着層とを有し、前記太陽電池セルの前記電極と前記タブ線とが、前記接着層を介して接続されており、前記導電性接着剤が、硬化性樹脂と、導電性粒子と、硬化剤と、チタンブラックのみからなる黒色着色剤とを含有し、前記導電性粒子が銀コート銅粉であることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールである。【選択図】図1 |
