Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector having a mechanically supported engagement.SOLUTION: A mechanically supported electric connector 12 is equipped with a lever 16, and a sliding body 23. The sliding body 23 is coupled to the lever 16 so that the movement of the lever 16 moves the sliding body 23. The sliding body 23 forms a slot cooperating with a columnar portion of a counterpart side connector 14 in a state effective for pressing the electric connector 12 and the counterpart side connector 14 together, when the lever 16 is moved from a first position 20 to a second position. An inclined angle of the slot is changed so as to reduce a peak value of force added for advancing the lever 16 from the first position 20 to the second position, when the electric connector 12 is connected to the counterpart side connector 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】機械的に支援される係合を有する電気コネクタを提供する。【解決手段】機械的に支援される電気コネクタ12は、レバー16と摺動体23とを備える。摺動体23は、レバー16の運動が摺動体23を移動させるようにレバー16に結合される。摺動体23は、レバー16が第1の位置20から第2の位置まで移動されるときに、電気コネクタ12および相手側コネクタ14を共に押圧するのに有効な態様で相手側コネクタ14の柱状部と協働するように構成されるスロットを形成する。スロットの傾斜角は、電気コネクタ12を相手側コネクタ14に接続するときに、レバー16を第1の位置20から第2の位置まで進めるために加えられる力のピーク値を低減するように変えられる。【選択図】図1
