Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an automatic transmission which can suitably suppress the vibration of a power transmission system.SOLUTION: When a lockup clutch 20 is in an engagement state, control means 8 for controlling the lockup clutch 20 performs first control which transits the lockup clutch 20 to a first slip engagement state on a start condition that a traveling state detected by traveling state detection means 8d is in a first traveling state which is set as a state that vibration may be generated, and a rotation number is determined to vibrate by vibration determination means 8c, after that, transits the lockup clutch 20 to a second slip engagement state in which a slip amount is smaller than that in the first slip engagement state, and when it is determined that the rotation number does not vibrate by the vibration determination means 8c in the second slip engagement state, transits the lockup clutch 20 to a third slip state in which the slip amount is smaller than that in the second slip engagement state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】適切に動力伝達系の振動を抑えることができるようにした、自動変速機の制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】ロックアップクラッチ20を制御する制御手段8は、ロックアップクラッチ20が係合状態の場合に、走行状態検出手段8dにより検出される走行状態が振動の発生しうる状態として設定された第1の走行状態にあるとともに振動判定手段8cにより回転数が振動していると判定されることを開始条件にロックアップクラッチ20を第1のスリップ係合状態に移行させ、その後ロックアップクラッチ20を第1のスリップ係合状態よりもスリップ量の少ない第2のスリップ係合状態に移行させ、第2のスリップ係合状態において振動判定手段8cにより回転数が振動していないと判定されるとロックアップクラッチ20を第2のスリップ係合状態よりもスリップ量の少ない第3のスリップ係合状態に移行させる第1制御を実施する。【選択図】図1
