The suction ports 40 and the discharge ports 42 are formed in pairs to be arranged on both end sides in the center axis direction of the rotor 30, respectively, and the paired suction ports 40 and the paired discharge ports 42 are arranged at the same positions in the circumferential direction of the rotor 30, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
