Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superheated steam generation device capable of improving reliability by reducing the number of connection parts.SOLUTION: A superheated steam generation device 13 includes: a pipe 31 configured by nonmagnetic metal; a heat exchanger 32 arranged inside the pipe 31; a coil bobbin 33 arranged so as to surround an outer peripheral surface of the pipe 31; and an induction heating coil 34 arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the coil bobbin 33. When the induction heating coil 34 is driven, both the pipe 31 and the heat exchanger 32 are induction-heated, and the steam taken into the pipe 31 is superheated so as to become superheated steam exceeding 100°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】接続部の数を減らして信頼性を向上させることができる過熱蒸気発生装置を提供する。【解決手段】過熱蒸気発生装置13は、非磁性金属で構成されたパイプ31と、パイプ31内に配置された熱交換器32と、パイプ31の外周面を包囲するように配置されたコイルボビン33と、コイルボビン33の外周面に配置された誘導加熱コイル34とを備え、誘導加熱コイル34が駆動されたとき、パイプ31と熱交換器32の両方が誘導加熱され、パイプ31内に取り込まれた蒸気が100℃を超える過熱蒸気になるように過熱される。【選択図】図5
