Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam molding method for a thermoplastic resin capable of reducing post-foam suppression cooling time for imparting the strength to skin layers capable of withstanding foam pressure.SOLUTION: In the first step, in a state where a foamable molten resin 55 obtained by mixing a thermoplastic resin 75 with a foaming agent is filled into a die cavity 30 between upper and lower dies, foaming is performed with the foaming agent. In the second step, skin layers 50 by cooling is formed at the faces in contact with the upper and lower dies in a core layer 40 in a state where the foaming is performed with the foaming agent. In the third step, after the formation of the skin layers 50, die removal is performed to obtain a molded part 60. The foamable molten resin 55 includes a thermal conductivity improving material 70 made of metal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】発泡圧に耐え得るスキン層の強度を有するための後発泡抑制冷却時間を短縮できる熱可塑性樹脂の発泡成形方法を提供する。【解決手段】第1工程として熱可塑性樹脂75に発泡剤を混合した発泡性溶融樹脂55を上下金型間の金型キャビティ30内に充填した状態で前記発泡剤によって発泡させる。第2工程では、発泡剤によって発泡した状態のコア層40における上下金型に接する面に、冷却によるスキン層50を形成する。第3工程では、スキン層50を形成した後、脱型して成形品60を得る。発泡性溶融樹脂55には、金属からなる熱伝導性向上材70を含む。【選択図】図1
